Peraturan dibuat untuk menyelaraskan kehidupan. Since there are so many efficiencies in beuracracy,that is why the government makes the rule become rigid.
But,what is rule if we obey it just because we are afraid we get punishment.Rules are made so we become aware of our duty&obligation. The awareness is the important thing not because we are afraid we get punishment.
